JUSTIN PITTMAN

Senior Operations Consultant

Mr. Pittman has worked in the emergency services field for over 20 years and currently works as a homeland security and disaster response consultant.

He has responded to and managed a multitude of national disaster situations including back-to-back storms in the State of Florida to include but not limited to Hurricane Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne, as well as Hurricane Katrina, and numerous Tropical Storms in Texas. Most recently, he served as a damage assessment consultant for the State of Florida and led Active Shooter training and exercises in North Florida.

Justin has significant project management experience including debris management, damage assessment, public assistance, training, and exercise with Homeland Security qualifications and NIMS Compliance. He has a vast knowledge of Public Works Departments as related to debris. Mr. Pittman has served as a lead facilitator for multiple exercises including topics such as mass casualty, active shooter, tornado, hurricane, and medical surge.
