DSI Awarded New Contract for Recovery Services from Florida Division of Emergency Management

TALLAHASSEE, FL -  The Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) executed today a new three year contract with the DSI Group for the provision of Disaster Recovery Services.  This staff augmentation contract is for professional staff to support the State of Florida and its sub-grantees in the areas of FEMA Public Assistance and Individual Assistance.  The contract outlines a number of management and professional positions that will be deployed to respond to new disaster events as well as assist in the management and final closeout of existing projects.  In response to this key win for DSI, CEO Joe Myers said, “We are elated that FDEM has continued to entrust DSI with the responsibility of helping FDEM coordinate the most effective disaster recovery program in the nation.  We are proud of our many accomplishments as part of the FDEM team and look forward to even greater success in this critical area.”
