Emergency Management Specialist

Harry Leonard has been an associate with DSI since his retirement as Fire Chief in Tarpon Springs, FL. During his 28 year tenure he honed his skills in several areas of the Fire Service: Fire Suppression, Training, EMS Coordinator, Emergency Management Coordinator, City Safety Officer and City Emergency Management Director. He also holds a Florida Certified Building Contractor license. He was recognized by the Florida Governor’s Hurricane Conference with the Distinguished Service Award and a Special Achievement Award.
